Who is eligible to join the Friends of Journalism
& Media Studies Alumni Chapter?

• Membership in good standing in the San Diego State University Alumni Association.
• A major or minor course of study in the following areas: journalism, public relations, advertising, marketing, television, film and new media production, communication studies, mass communication, or a teaching major in communication or journalism at the undergraduate or graduate level while a student at San Diego State University, OR
• Participation in allied campus activities, including the Daily Aztec, KCR Radio, KPBS FM/TV, film and media festivals, or any other activity with a connection to any of the major fields of study listed above.
