Andrew Kleske is a content producer for the San Diego Union-Tribune's web site, SignOnSanDiego.com, and a journalism lecturer at UCSD.

Previously he served as online editor for the North County Times daily newspaper and its web service, NCTimes.com, for eight years. For 14 years prior he worked in various roles, including editor and director of information, for the San Diego Daily Transcript and is a co-creator the information company's electronic news service, San Diego Source. For many years he also appeared as a weekly business news commentator on the KGTV-Channel 10 Sunday Morning news program.

He is a past president of the San Diego Press Club and a past president and current board member of the San Diego Society of Professional Journalists.

While at San Diego State University he served as a reporter, city editor and managing editor for the Daily Aztec.
